摘要
线粒体是高度动态的细胞器,它们在细胞内彼此连接呈三位网络状,发生着频繁的融合与分裂,融合与分裂的相对速度决定了线粒体的形态与数目。线粒体动力学平衡被打破,会导致形态结构的破坏。线粒体损伤包括形态结构破坏、线粒体DNA突变、ATP合成受限、钙稳态失衡、氧化应激产物积聚及代谢功能障碍。线粒体融合蛋白有两种分子,Mfn1和Mfn2,它们在维持线粒体动力学平衡中起重要作用。本文对线粒体融合蛋白和线粒体形态结构的关系进行综述。
Mitochondria are highly dynamic organelles. They are interconnected within a cell,presenting a trinity net-like structure,frequent fusion and fission occur within the cell. The relative speed between fusion and fission determines the morphology and amount of mitochondria. When the mitochondrial dynamic balance is broken,it will lead to morphological destruction. Mitochondrial injury concerns morphological destruction, mitochondrial DNA mutations, restriction of ATP synthesis,imbalance of calcium steady-state, accumulation of oxidative stress products and metabolic dysfunction.Mitochondrial fusion protein include two kinds of molecule,Mfn1 Mfn2,they play an important role in the mitochondrial dynamic balance. In this paper,we reviewed the relationship between mitofusin and mitochondrial morphology.
