卧式热虹吸式再沸器的计算选型

Calculation and Model Selection of Horizontal Thermosyphon Reboiler

再沸器常用于分馏塔底,对塔底流体加热使一部分物料汽化返回塔内,以提供分馏所需要的热源,又称重沸器[1]。笔者对再沸器的结构进行了简单概述,并以某项目加氢装置中的再沸器为例用ASPEN EDR软件进行了详细计算选型,为读者在进行再沸器设计时作参考。

The reboiler is usually used at the bottom of fractionating column to heat the fluid at the bottom of the column and make the material vaporize and return to the tower,to provide the needed heat source for the fractionating. In this paper,the structure of reboiler was briefly summarized,and taking a reboiler in a hydrogenation unit as an example,a detailed calculation and model selection was carried out by using ASPEN EDR software,which was a reference for readers in the design of reboiler.
