摘要 研究无硫硫化体系胶料与常规硫化体系胶料的性能,并分析其交联机理。结果表明:与常规硫化体系胶料和动态平衡硫化体系胶料相比,无硫硫化体系胶料的工艺性能、物理性能、耐屈挠龟裂性能和动态力学性能较好,可适用于轮胎厂现行的工艺装备条件;无硫硫化体系胶料成本低,性能优异,锌含量低且不含硫、氮元素,可大幅降低挥发性有机化合物的排放。 The properties of non-sulfur curing system compounds and conventional curing system compounds were investigated and the crosslinking mechanism was analyzed. The results showed that, compared with the compounds using conventional curing system and dynamic equilibrium curing system, the processing property, physical properties, flex cracking resistance and dynamic mechanical property of non- sulfur curing system compounds were better, and it could also be processed using current equipment in a tire factory. The non-sulfur system compounds had low cost, excellent properties, low zinc content, and did not contain any sulfur and nitrogen, which could significantly reduce the emission of volatile organic compounds.
