摘要
以全天然橡胶体系和半有效硫化体系为基础,通过调整炭黑用量和炭黑与白炭黑并用比优化矿用自卸车轮胎胎面基部胶配方。结果表明:优化后胶料的硫化速度加快,硫化胶的拉伸强度可达到30 MPa,抗硫化返原性能提升5%,压缩生热降低2~3℃,成品轮胎耐久性能提升7%~20%,可以减少轮胎在使用过程中出现的肩空、脱层现象。
In this study, the formula of the tread base compound of off-the-road tire for mining application was optimized which was based on natural rubber matrix and semi-efficient curing system. The additive level of carbon black and the ratio of carbon black and silica were investigated and optimized. The results showed that, after the optimization, the curing speed of the compound was accelerated, the tensile strength of the vulcanizate reached 30 MPa, the anti-reversion property was improved by 5%, and the heat build-up was decreased by 2~3 ℃. The endurance performance of the finished tire was improved 6%~20%, and the delamination and separation of tires in shoulder were reduced with the optimized tread base.
