摘要
研究环境温湿度对轮胎胶料硫化速率和硫化时间的影响。结果表明:混炼胶的焦烧时间与贮存温湿度成反比,硫化速率与贮存温湿度成正比;随着胎坯停放温度升高,胶料的发泡时间(硫化时间)缩短;模拟试验和现场发泡试验结果均表明,胶料的发泡时间与t_(25)具有一定相关性。
The effect of environmental temperature and humidity on the curing rate and curing time of tire compounds was investigated. The results showed that, the scorch time of compounds was inversely proportional to the storage temperature and humidity, and the curing rate was proportional to the storage temperature and humidity. With the increase of green tire storage temperature, the foaming time (curing time) of compounds was shortened. The simulation test and foaming test results showed that the foaming time of compounds had a certain correlation with t25.
