层间粘结对沥青路面剪切强度及疲劳性能影响研究 被引量:11

摘要 通过两种试验方法,改变试验条件,研究层间粘结状况对层间剪切强度和剪切疲劳寿命的影响。试验结果表明:粘层油为改性乳化沥青的层间剪切强度要大于乳化沥青,且存在一个粘层油最佳用量0.6 kg/m^2;20℃层间剪切强度约是60℃的7倍,表明高温下沥青路面更容易发生剪切滑移破坏;层间剪切疲劳寿命的排序是改性乳化沥青>乳化沥青>无粘层材料,当应力比从0.1变化到0.2时,层间剪切疲劳寿命减小了70%左右,表明外界荷载作用的微小变化可能会使得层间抗剪切疲劳性能严重下降;乳化沥青和改性乳化沥青的层间无污染的剪切疲劳寿命分别是是层间污染的2.5倍和2.9倍,因此在施工时要采取措施防止粘层油被污染。 This paper studies the influence of layer bonding on asphalt pavement shear strength and fa- tigue life by two test methods and changing the test conditions. The result indicates that the shear strength of modified emulsified asphalt is bigger than emulsified asphalt, and there is a best dosage which is 0. 6kg/m2. The layer shear strength of 20 ℃ is 7 times bigger than 60 ℃, this indicates asphalt pavement are easier to happen shear sliding breaking at high temperature. The sorting about shear fatigue life is: modified emulsifiedasphalt 〉 emulsified asphalt 〉 no layer bonding material. When the stress ratio changes from 0. 1 to 0. 2, the shear strength, shear fatigue life reduces about seventy percent, this indicates small changes of the outside loads may make the shear strength, shear fatigue performance a serious decline. The shear strength, emulsi- fied asphalt and modified emulsified asphalt shear fatigue life of no pollution between layers is 2. 5 times and 2.9 times bigger than polluted layers, so it should take measures to avoid the adhesive layer oil polluted in construction.
