摘要
以两种SBS改性沥青为研究对象,分别进行沥青膜厚度为1.0mm、1.5 mm、2.0 mm、2.5 mm、3.0 mm的薄膜烘箱试验。试验结果表明:两种改性沥青老化后的针入度、5℃延度、25℃弹性恢复随沥青膜厚度的增加而增大,而质量损失、135℃的运动黏度随沥青膜厚度的增加而降低。软化点随沥青膜厚度的变化没呈现出明显的规律。沥青膜厚度越薄,越容易表征改性沥青耐老化性能的好坏。
A Two kinds of SBS modified asphalts were used to investigate the effect of Thin Film Oven Test (TFOT) film thickness ( 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2. 0 mm, 2. 5 mm and 3.0 mm). The results show that the pene- tration, 5 ℃ ductility and 25 ℃ elastic recovery of the two kinds of SBS modified asphalt increase as asphalt film thickness increasing. However, the mass loss, the 135 ℃ kinematic viscosity decrease as asphalt film thickness increasing. The changes asphalt film is, the easier it is to of softening points do not show a clear rule. The thinner the thickness of the characterize the aging resistance of the modified asphalt.
