摘要
不同产地的天然沥青品质差异巨大,而目前对天然沥青的质量控制还停留在针入度、软化点等表观指标上,因此有必要采用科学的材料分析手段对天然沥青的微观构成进行分析,建立材料微观成分和性能表现之间的联系。对两种进口岩沥青Y1、Y2,分别采用甲苯抽提试验、高温灼烧试验、TG试验(Thermogravimetric Analysis)、XRF(X-ray fluorescence)、XRD(X-ray diffraction)、沥青四组分分析,详细分析了天然沥青的构成特点。
The difference of natural asphalt quality from different area is huge. At present the quality control method of natural asphalt still stay on the apparent indicators, such as penetration, softening point. So it is necessary to adopt scientific analysis means to analyze the micro structure of natural asphalt, and then we can establish the connection between the material microscopic composition and performance. For two kinds of imported rock asphalt Y1, Y2, the composition characteristics are analyzed by toluene extraction test , burn- ing of high temperature, TG , XRF, XRD, asphalt four components analysis in detail.
