摘要
黄龙病是柑橘产业中的一种毁灭性病害,近年来该病害在全球多个柑橘产区爆发,对研究者和生产者带来巨大挑战.目前认为柑橘黄龙病病原是一种迄今无法分离、培养的候选韧皮部杆菌属革兰氏阴性细菌.虽然目前已经开发了多种治疗黄龙病的方法,但都只能延缓黄龙病的症状,仍然缺乏有效的根治黄龙病的手段.本文对近几年来黄龙病的传播途径、检测方法以及治疗方法进行概述,并对今后在纳米包裹质粒和药物联合起来治疗黄龙病的研究方向进行了展望.
Huanglongbing(citrus greening disease) is a devastating disease in the citrus production. In recent years,the disease has occurred in many major producing areas of citrus in the world,which has aroused the concern of world researchers and citrus producers. Now,the pathogen thought to be a kind of phloem bacteria which is difficult to culture. Although there have been a variety of treatment methods against Huanglongbing,those methods only can alleviate the symptoms of the disease,we still lack effective treatments to cure it. In this article,we outlined the transmission,the detection and treatment methods of Huanglongbing,hoping to promote the study on combined treatments of nano material and drug for this disease.
