中医药典籍国内英译本海外接受状况调查及启示——以大中华文库《黄帝内经》英译本为例

Overseas Reception of English Versions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Classics Rendered by Chinese Translators and Its Implications——A Case Study of Library of Chinese Classics' English Version of Huang Di Nei Jing

在国家一系列文化外译项目的推动下,我国越来越多的中医药典籍英译本相继出版并发行到海外,然而中医药典籍国内英译本在海外的接受研究却明显不足。鉴于目前的研究现状,本文从海外图书馆馆藏情况、海外权威期刊上发表的异域同行专家书评及亚马逊网站海外普通读者发表的评论这三个方面对大中华文库《黄帝内经》英译本在英美国家的接受现状进行调查,结果显示大中华文库《黄帝内经》英译本的海外接受度不高。从中医药典籍英译传播的自身特性出发,与海外知名中医药典籍译者合作、与译入国本土有影响力的出版社合作、争取海外同行专家学者及国际权威期刊的推介,对中医药典籍"走出去"将会起到积极推动作用。

Promoted by series of national culture translation projects,more and more English versions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Classics have been published and distributed at the overseas market.However,studies on the overseas reception of English versions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Classics rendered by Chinese translators are insufficient.In view of the current study situation,this paper takes Huang Di Nei Jing translated by Li Zhaoguo as an example,and investigates the facts of its reception in English-speaking countries in terms of the following three aspects： overseas library holdings,book reviews written by overseas scholars in high-level periodicals,and readers＇ comments on Amazon website.The research shows that Li＇s version has not been widely accepted by overseas readers and scholars.Given that the translation and dissemination of Traditional Chinese Medicine Classics has its own characteristics,the cooperative translation between domestic and foreign influential translators,the cooperative publication between domestic and overseas presses,and academic recommendations by overseas scholars and high-level periodicals will be definitely beneficial to our Traditional Chinese Medicine Classics＇ ＂Going Out＂.
