师范生合理规划自己的职业生涯,并在此基础上科学选择和严格执行实现自己职业理想的推进计划,是应对教师资格证统考所带来的挑战与机遇的有效途径,这需要辅导员的精心指导。如何指导师范生做好职业生涯规划、增强就业竞争力,成为了师范类院校辅导员必须认真反思的问题。不仅如此,辅导员们还必须要寻求到对师范生能进行有效指导的策略与路径:通过引导师范生强化专业意识、有序管理时间、克服学习倦怠、实现能力集成,帮助师范生规划和过好大学生活;通过引导师范生立足个体特点、着眼社会需求、寻求准确定位,积极转化角色、强化职业坚守、找到职业状态,帮助师范生理性做好就业选择。

The occupation career planning of normal students and on the basis of scientific selection and strictly implement to achieve their ideal occupation promotion plan,is an effective way to deal with the challenges and opportunities of the teacher qualification examination. And this requires the guidance of counselors. How to guide normal students to do their career planning and enhance their employment competitiveness has become a problem that counselors in normal universities must seriously reflect on. Not only that,counselors must also seek to the strategy and path of the students can effectively guide the students through the guide： strengthening the professional consciousness,the orderly management of time,overcome learning burnout,the ability to achieve integration,help students plan and have good university life; through the guidance of normal students based on individual characteristics,focus on social needs for accurate positioning,positive transformation role,strengthen the occupation,to find the occupation state,help normal physiological employment choice.
