大武夷旅游圈发展的制约因素及突破策略

大武夷旅游圈具有丰富的旅游资源,目前发展所面临的制约因素主要有旅游资源的条块分属,政府职能的缺位、越位和错位,旅游供给侧与需求侧改革乏力等。大武夷旅游圈要实现突破性发展,就应当建立旅游资源国家统筹机制和资源分层次共享机制,并使二者相谐相融,改变资源条块分属的局面,实现政府的放权与回归,建立健全市场机制,发展全域旅游、"旅游+",打造大武夷旅游升级版,实现资源核心价值的最大化。

Great Wuyi tourism circle has rich tourism resource,but the restraining factors now facing it are fragmentation of tourism resource,the absence,the offside and the misplacement of local government,the lack of reform on the supply side and demand side. In order to realize breakthrough in Great Wuyi tourism development,it is a must to set up a resource management and sharing mechanism,solve the fragmentation of tourism resource,realize the decentralization and regression strategies from the government,thus establishing a sound market mechanism,developing universe tourism and＂tourism ＋＂,and making a upgrade version of Great Wuyi tourism.
