On Improvement Path of Quality Education for Undergraduate Party Members

提升大学生党员素质是培养社会主义接班人的重要措施,是提高高校思想政治教育工作实效性的重要方式,是坚持社会主义办学方向的重要保证。当前大学生党员素质教育面临着人才培养队伍匮乏、入党动机不够端正、入党再教育工作不扎实等诸多问题。因此,通过强化高校思想政治教育队伍建设、严格把关入党程序、创新高校学生党组织模式这三个方面来努力构建大学生党员素质教育体系已势在必行。

To improve qualities of undergraduate party members is an important way to train socialist successors and to promote ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It also ensures socialist educational orientation. But the current quality education for undergraduate party members is faced with several problems including a lack of qualified teaching staff,college students＇ incorrect motive for joining the Party,inadequate education after students are admitted to the Party,etc. In order to solve the problems,it is imperative to build a quality education system for undergraduate Party members by training the ideological and political teachers,following strict procedures for gaining membership,and adopting innovative management of college students＇ party units.
