协同创新视角下大学生创业的问题与对策

A Study on Problems and Solutions in College Students' Entrepreneurial Activities from the Perspective of Cooperation in Innovation

大学生创业是顺应创业型时代的发展要求,也是缓解大学生就业压力的有效措施。大学生创业在快速发展的同时也面临现实的瓶颈,需要社会、政府、高校、市场各利益相关者四位一体,协同创新,彼此密切配合,加强合作联系,顺应时代潮流,进一步培育创业氛围、完善创业政策、强化创业教育、明确创业定位、找准创业模式,切实提升创业能力,不断推进大学生自主创业的新局面,形成"大众创业、万众创新"的新格局。

The policy that encourages college students to start their own businesses satisfies the demand of ＂Enterprising Era＂and alleviates employment pressure effectively. But there are some bottleneck problems when the policy is implemented. To solve those problems,stakeholders from the society,the government,colleges,and the market should cooperate innovatively and strengthen students＇ entrepreneurial abilities by creating an atmosphere of entrepreneurship,improving relevant measures,enhancing enterprising education,defining startup orientation,and finding out correct patterns,thus forming a new scenario of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.
