摘要
大力推行工学结合、校企合作的培养模式已成为国内职教改革发展的必然趋势。然而,由于缺乏合理可行的校企联合培养人才的运行机制,校企合作中学校和企业各自为政、校企合作方式单一、企业无视学生的可持续发展等问题逐渐凸显。柳州职业技术学院物流管理专业依托现代学徒制试点项目,探索了基于英国现代学徒制的校企联合培养人才方式的实践,并就其运行机制的建设过程提出了建议。
It is an inevitable trend to reform the development of vocational education in China by vigorously promoting the training mode ofthe work-based learning and the school-enterprise cooperation. However, due to the lack of thereasonable and feasible schools-enterprisesoperating mechanism on training personnel, the issues gradually highlighted as colleges and enterprises working each for themselves, simple cooperation mode, enterprises ignoring the sustainable development of students and so on.The logistics management specialty of Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College implements the pilot project to explore the practice of cultivating talents based on the British modern apprenticeship system, and puts forward some suggestions on the construction process of the operation mechanism.
