摘要
评估师是英国现代学徒制实施中的核心要素。现代学徒制要求评估师须具备教学能力、学习能力、专业能力、评估能力和培训能力等五大能力。然而,现代学徒制评估师普遍存在学校评估师实践能力不高和企业评估师缺乏职业教育能力的问题,建议从加强政府主导、深化校企合作等途径完善现代学徒制评估师队伍的建设。
British modern Apprenticeship program combines vocational school education with traditional apprentice system to train the learners to meet the need of enterprise. The assessors' role is master+teacher and their job is to teach learners knowledge, skills and behaviors, which requires them strong abilities. Now in the program the assessors are mainly teachers in vocational school. In order to be good assessors, they must change their ideas and improve the ability in teaching, learning, profession, assessment and training.
