Ⅰ期心脏康复运动三步法对急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后下床活动跌倒风险的影响

Effects of stage Ⅰ heart rehabilitation exercises on risk of falling in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention

目的探讨Ⅰ期心脏康复运动三步法对急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入术(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)后下床活动跌倒风险的影响。方法采用随机数字表法,将119例急性心肌梗死患者行PCI术后患者随机分为对照组58例与干预组61例,对照组患者术后7 d内给予常规护理,干预组患者术后7 d内在常规护理基础上采用Ⅰ期心脏康复运动7步法中的前3步进行康复锻炼。比较两组患者术后7 d下床活动跌倒风险情况。结果两组患者术后下床活动跌到风险情况比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,对照组患者术后下床活动跌到风险发生率明显高于干预组。结论Ⅰ期心脏康复运动七步法的前三步康复锻炼能有效降低急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后下床活动的跌倒风险。

Objective To investigate the effect of seven-step exercise regurgitation in stage Ⅰ exercises on the risk of fall in patients with acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction. Methods At the time of admission, 119 patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI） were randomly divided into control group（ n=58）and intervention group（n =61）. All patients were given routine nursing within 7 days after operation. The patients in the intervention group were given the first three-step exercises based on the seven-step exercise regurgitation in stage Ⅰ exercise apart from routine nursing within 7 days after operation. The risk of fallings was assessed on the 7 th day after operation for the two groups. Result Compared with the control group, the risk of fallings on day five after operation in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The seven-step exercise of stage Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation can effectively reduce the risk of falling in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.
