高职院校专业课程改革应做好“四衔接”与“四融合”——以医学检验技术专业为例 被引量:2

摘要 高职院校的任务是培养工作一线的技能型人才,而专业课程教学是人才培养的核心环节,直接关系到学生掌握专业知识和技能水平,专业课程改革与高质量技能型人才培养密切相关。就专业课程教学内容改革过程中,对做好课程标准与行业标准、教学内容与岗位任务、基础知识与专业知识、技能训练与竞赛项目"四个衔接",以及在教学过程中做好传统技能与现代技术、"学、做、用"一体化教学、专任教师与兼职教师、专业知识与人文知识"四个融合"等方面进行了探讨。 The main task of higher vocational colleges is to train skilled personnel and professionalcourse teaching is the core to the training, which is directly related to the students’ mastering ofprofessional knowledge and skills. Professional course reform is closely linked with the cultivation of highquality skilled personnel. In this paper, how to conduct Four Cohesions between curriculum standardsand industry standards, between teaching contents and job tasks, between basic knowledge andprofessional knowledge, between skill training and competition projects in the reform process ofprofessional courses, and how to do well in the teaching process for Four Integrations of traditional skillsand modern technology, integrated teaching of learning, doing and using, full-time teachers and part-time teachers, professional knowledge and humanistic knowledge are discussed.
