摘要
目的探讨斑秃患者Th17、Th22及其细胞因子水平的变化及意义,从免疫学方面分析T淋巴细胞在是否在斑秃发病机制中发挥作用。方法随机选取我院皮肤科于2016年1月—2016年10月收治的斑秃患者38例,为观察组;随机选取同期健康体检者38例,为对照组,采用流式细胞仪检测Th17及Th22表达水平,用酶联免疫吸附法检测白细胞介素(IL)-22及IL-17水平,比较2组受试者Th17、Th22及其细胞因子水平。结果观察组血清Th17、Th22表达水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IL-22、IL-17水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);脱发面积和Th17、Th22及其细胞因子表达水平均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论斑秃患者外周血中Th17、Th22及其相关细胞因子表达水平均高于健康对照者,本研究将为斑秃的诊疗与预后评估方面提供一定参考。
Objective In order to determine the frequency of Th17 cells, Th22 cells and expression of their related cytokinesin peripheral blood of patients with alopecia areata AA , and investigate their significance, as well as explore the role of Tlymphocytes in the occurrence of AA. Methods A total of 38 patients with AA were enrolled from our hospital from January2016 to October 2016, and served as the case group. At the same time, 38 healthy people were taken as the control group.Peripheral blood samples were obtained from these patients and controls. Flow cytometry was performed to determine thepercentage of Th17 cells, Th22 cells, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ELISA was used to measure serum levels ofinterleukin IL -22 and IL-17. Results Compared with the control group, the case group showed significant increasingpercentages of Th17 cells, Th22 cells P 〈0.05 , as well as serum levels of IL -17 and IL -22 P 〈0.05 . ConclusionTh17cells, Th22 cells and their related cytokines may participate in the occurrence, development and prognosis of AA.
