摘要 BIM技术具有三维可视化、协调性、模拟性和优化性等特点,能够对建设过程的相关信息进行实时更新和直观展示,以便各部门间的交流与沟通,并通过模拟分析来减少设计变更和施工返工,有效节约了建设成本和工期.本文全面综述了BIM技术近年来在国内建筑项目全生命周期的应用与进展,归纳、概述了BIM技术在建筑项目中规划阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段和运维阶段的17个主要应用点,并提出了BIM技术在结合层次分析法和集成测绘地理信息新技术等方面应用的新思路,可以为BIM技术在国内建筑行业的全面推广提供借鉴;分析了BIM技术在现有应用中存在的问题,并给出了全面采用BIM技术的相应建议. BIM technology has the following characteristics: 3 d visualization, coordination, simulation and optimization,which can real-time update and intuitive display relevant information in the process of construction, so as to facilitate exchanges and communication between departments, meanwhile, BIM can carry out simulated analysis to reduce the design alteration and construction rework, save effectively construction cost and time limit for a project. The paper reviews the application and development of BIM technology in the life cycle of construction project. 17 major application points of BIM technology are summarized from the planning stage, design stage, construction stage and operational stage of construction project, and some new ideas are put forward that how to use BIM technology in combination with analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and integration of surveying and mapping geographic information technology. The paper provides a reference for the comprehensive promotion of BIM technology in the domestic construction industry. Finally, the authors analyzes the problems in the use of BIM technology, and some corresponding countermeasures are presented.
