摘要
基于京津冀高新技术产业13个空间单元2009—2013年的时间截面数据,运用ESDA、空间和面板回归,分析其空间运行与影响因素.研究结果表明:京津冀高新技术产业空间格局表现为正向的空间相关性,空间演化按照轴向和圈层呈现集聚与扩散,集聚度逐年提高;承德空间关系类型由LH型变为LL型,保定由LL型变为LH型,高水平集聚的地域范围较小;产业存在空间外溢,科技创新和政府研发投入是关键因素,而人力资本、资金是次要因素.
Based on the data of 13 analysis units of high-tech industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region between 2009 and2013,this paper employs the exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA),spatial regression model,and panel data model to explores the spatial dynamics and key factors affecting the high-tech industries ' development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The results show as following:There is a positive spatial correlation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei 's high-tech industries. The spatial pattern in the whole area presents the characteristics of the spatial agglomeration and diffusion in the axial and circle layer way,in which the agglomeration degree increases year by year;The space relationship type are different.Chengde varies from LH into LL while Baoding varies from LL to LH between 2009—2013. High level of agglomeration of regional range is smaller;There are spatial spillover and technological innovation in the development of high-tech industries of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Capital and Government RD Investments are the key factors affecting the development of hightech industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
