摘要
在浮式生产储油卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)不停产且3条拖船限位的状态下,简要分析FPSO受到的水流力作用,选择合适的限位方案进行旧上锚缆的拆除弃置和新上锚缆的安装,完成单点系泊上锚缆的整体更换,详述该方案在项目施工中的应用。该技术可实现FPSO不停产整体更换单点系泊上锚缆,避免FPSO单点系泊更换上锚缆造成油田停产。
Under the situation that the production of the Floating Production Storage and Offloading(FPSO) is not interrupted and the position of FPSO is confined by 3 tugs, the demolition and discard of the old upper wire and the installation of a new upper wire could be carried out on the basis that the current forces acting on the FPSO is simply analyzed and a proper positioning scheme is worked out. This paper explains in detail the application of the method for the project, and shows that the technique can realize the replacement of the upper wire in single point mooring state without interrupting of the FPSO and suspending of the oil field during the replacement.
