摘要
通过介绍ISO 15016—2015的提出背景、基本内容和计算方法,给出在实船测速中应注意的事项。结合已完成的3艘8.2万dwt系列散货船实船测速、速度修正计算的实例,分析各环境因素对修正计算结果的影响。分析认为:对于该系列的3艘船,在特定的环境条件下,波浪、温度和风是影响航速/功率分析结果的主要因素。
This paper introduces the background, the basic contents and the calculation method of ISO 15016-2015 and gives some advices to the speed test of the sea trial. The influence of different environmental factors on the speed correction calculation is analyzed based on result of the sea trial speed tests and the speed correction calculations of three82 000 dwt bulk carriers. The conclusion shows that wave, temperature and wind are the main environmental factors influencing the results of speed/power analysis of the three ships under specific environmental conditions.
