优质护理干预对重症脑出血患者神经功能监测与评估、并发症及护理满意度的影响

Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention on Monitoring and Evaluation of Neurological Function,Complications and Nursing Satisfaction in Patients with Severe Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探讨优质护理干预对于重症脑出血患者神经功能监测与评估、并发症以及护理满意程度的影响。方法:选取2016年1-12月在本院进行诊疗的重症脑出血患者100例,按照随机抽查方法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组在诊疗之后仍然使用常规性的护理方法,观察组则在此基础之上施加针对性的优质护理干预。对比分析两组神经功能监测与评估、并发症以及护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组NIHSS评分均显著低于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予重症脑出血患者优质护理干预,能够有效改善患者神经功能缺损程度,具有较为显著的临床护理效果,且能够减少并发症发生率,提升护理满意程度,具有临床推广意义。

Objective：To investigate the effect of high quality nursing intervention on monitoring and evaluation of neurological function,complications and nursing satisfaction in patients with severe intracerebral hemorrhage.Method：100 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected,according to the random sampling method,they were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group still used routine nursing methods after diagnosis and treatment,and observation group was given targeted high quality nursing intervention on this basis.The monitoring and evaluation of neurological function,complications and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result： The NIHSS scores of two groups before nursing was compared,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）,after nursing,the NIHSS scores of two groups were significantly lower than those of before nursing（P〈0.05）,and the NIHSS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）,the nursing efficiency in observation group was significantly better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Given the high quality nursing intervention in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage,can effectively improve the patients with neurological impairment,with clinical nursing effect is significant,and can reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction,has clinical significance.
