摘要
高能窄谱光子治疗仪(红光治疗仪)使用医用高功率矩阵集成半导体固态冷光源,方向性强,可调节。它所产生的光化学反应或光子能量可迅速有效地在皮下渗透,对皮下3~5 cm的组织产生作用,并在细胞内发挥效应。现有的研究表明,光子治疗能使细胞线粒体氧化酶活性增加,酶促反应增加,并促进多种活性因子分泌增加,促进创面血管生成与血液微循环,促进细胞合成,加快细胞新陈代谢的速度,从而改善末梢神经功能,促进伤口和溃疡面愈合。同时,红光照射后白细胞吞噬作用的增加,能够提高机体的免疫功能,促进炎症吸收与消退。通过降低炎症部位5-羟色胺的含量,光子治疗能改善组织通透性,缓解局部疼痛。由于光子治疗光热量很少,表层组织对其反应较缓和,具有较高的治疗安全性,目前已在临床多领域广泛推广应用。
High-performance narrow-spectrum red light therapeutic equipment(photon therapeutic equipment) is designed by medical high power matrix to integrate semiconductor solid-state cold light illuminator,with strong directivity and adjustability.Photon energy or photochemical reaction produced can promptly and effectively penetrate subcutaneously,function to 3-5 cm subcutaneous tissues,and develop effect within cells.Current researches show that,photon therapy can increase the cell mitochondrial oxidase activity,enzymatic reaction and promote multi active factor secretion increase,promote angiogenesis on the wound surface and blood microcirculation,promote cell synthesis,and accelerate the speed of cell metabolism,so as to improve peripheral nerve function,and promote the cure of ulcerative surface wound.Meanwhile,the increasing leukocyte phagocytosis after red light irradiation can improve the immune ability of the body,promote inflammatory absorption and recession.Through reducing the content of 5-hydroxytryptamine in inflammatory parts, photon therapy can improve tissue permeability,and relieve local pains.Due to few quantity of light and heat in photon therapy,and mild reaction from surface structure,it has a high treatment security and been widely promoted and clinically applied in multiple domains.
