中药骨碎补联合多西环素与茶多酚液治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效对比

Comparison of the Therapeutic Effects of Chinese Herbal Medicine Davallia Mariesii Combined with Doxycycline and Tea Polyphenols on Chronic Periodontitis

目的:研究分析中药骨碎补联合多西环素治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院门诊收治的慢性牙周炎患者400例,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,各200例,研究组患者给予中药骨碎补联合多西环素治疗,对照组患者给予茶对酚治疗,对比观察两组治疗前后龈沟液(GCF)、牙松动度(TM)、菌斑指数(PLI)、附着丧失(AL)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)各项指标及临床治疗满意度。结果:经治疗后,观察组GCF、TM、PLI、AL、SBI好转程度明显优于对照组,且临床治疗满意率高于对照组,治疗后复发率低于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药骨碎补联合多西环素和龈上洁治术联合茶多酚治疗对慢性牙周炎均有良好的效果,但中药骨碎补联合多西环素效果更佳,并且临床满意度高,应用方便,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Davallia mariesii and doxycycline in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods：200 patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into study group and control group.The patients in the study group were treated with Davallia mariesii and doxycycline.The patients in the control group were given tea ployphenols.The indexes of gingival crevicular fluid（GCF）,tooth mobility（TM）,plaque index（PLI）,attachment loss（AL）,gingival bleeding index（SBI）and clinical treatment satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,the improvement of gingival crevicular fluid（GCF）,tooth mobility（TM）,plaque index（PLI）,attachment loss（AL）and sulcus bleeding index（SBI）were significantly better than those in the control group,And the satisfaction rate of clinical treatment was higher than that of the control group.The recurrence rate after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Davallia mariesii combined with doxycycline and gingival cleansing combined with tea polyphenols have good effect on chronic periodontitis,but the effect of Davallia mariesii and doxycycline is better,and clinical satisfaction High,easy to use,low recurrence rate,worthy of clinical application.
