优质护理在农村初产妇母乳喂养中的应用探讨

THE EFFECT OF APPLYING QUALITY NURSING ON BREAS-TFEEDING GUIDE FOR RURAL PRIMIPARAS

目的探讨优质护理在农村足月、单胎、自然分娩初产妇母乳喂养指导中应用的效果。方法选择2016年1月~2016年7月期间,足月、单胎、自然分娩的农村初产妇80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取传统的母乳喂养指导模式,观察组采取优质护理服务的健康教育模式进行母乳喂养指导。比较两组产妇护理满意度、母乳喂养知识和技能掌握情况、泌乳始动率、产后3d的泌乳量、产后6个月纯母乳喂养率。结果干预后,两组产妇护理满意度比较,观察组总体满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);母乳喂养知识与技能掌握情况比较,观察组明显好于对照组(P<0.01);泌乳始动率比较,观察组明显提前于对照组(P<0.01);产后3d泌乳量比较,观察组明显多于对照组(P<0.01);产后6个月纯母乳喂养率比较,观察组喂养率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对农村初产妇进行母乳喂养指导时,应用优质护理服务健康教育模式能促进产后乳汁的分泌量,提高纯母乳喂养的成功率,护理满意度也得到了很大的提升。

Objective To explore the effect of applying quality nursing on breastfeeding guide for rural primiparas of full term,single birth and natural delivery.Methods 80 case of rural primiparas of full term,single birth and natural delivery during January,2016 and July,2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received the traditional breastfeeding guidance,while the observation group received health education to get breastfeeding guidance.The puerperae＇s satisfaction,their knowledge and skills about breastfeeding,the rate of initial-time milk secretion,the milk yield three days after delivery and the rate of breastfeeding six months after delivery were compared between the two groups.Results After the nursing intervention,the puerperae＇s total satisfaction was more in the observation group than in the control group（P 0.05）.The puerperae＇s knowledge and skills about breastfeeding were more in the observation group（P 0.01）.The rate of initial-time milk secretion was higher in the observation group t（P 0.01）.The milk yield three days after delivery was more in the observation group t（P 0.01）.The rate of breastfeeding six months after delivery was higher in the observation group（P 0.05）.ConclusionIn breastfeeding guidance to rural primiparas,the application of high-quality nursing health education can promote the postpartum milk secretion,improve the success rate of the breastfeeding and puerperae＇s satisfaction.
