摘要
目的探讨图文式健康教育在老年髋骨骨折患者的应用效果。方法将70例老年髋骨骨折患者随机分为实验组35例、对照组35例,对照组进行常规健康教育,实验组进行图文式健康教育,对比两组患者并发症发生率、生活质量得分、健康知识掌握和满意度。结果实验组坠积性肺炎、血栓形成、褥疮及便秘等并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05;实验组生活质量得分高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组健康知识掌握和满意度均好于对照组,P<0.05。结论对老年髋骨骨折患者应用图文式健康教育可以预防并发症发生、促进功能恢复,显著改善生活质量,提升患者对相关健康知识的掌握和满意度,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of graphic health education on elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods 70 elderly patients with hip fracture were randomly and evenly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group received routine health education,while the experimental group received graphic health education.The incidence rate of complications,the scores of the quality of life,the degree of mastering health education and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rates of hypostatic pneumonia,thrombosis,bedsore and constipation in the experimental group were all significantly lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）.The quality of life,the mastery of health knowledge and the satisfaction was higher in the experimental group（P 0.05）than those in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion For elderly patients with hip fracture,graphic health education can produce better curative effects than the routine health education.
