日法两国校长满意度比较对于中国校长职业发展的启示——基于TALIS201 被引量:1

摘要 经济全球化使各国之间的交流更加密切。2013年由OECD组织对35个成员国家和地区进行了PISA测试,其测试数据引起广泛关注。本文通过文献法、统计法和比较法,以TALIS报告数据为基础,以法国和日本为研究对象,分析两国之间、两国与世界均值之间数据产生的变化及成因,以期对我国校长职业发展有所启迪。
