警察公共关系是在现代警察制度建立的基础上产生的,伴随着西方警务机制的建立、调整和改革逐渐发展起来。在借鉴其他国家及香港、台湾地区警察公关关系成功经验与创新发展的基础上,可以从专门的警察公共关系机构、警察内部公关建设、警民关系、警媒关系等方面建构我国警察公共关系创新发展体系。

The police public relations emerges on the basis of the modem police system construction and grows up with construction,adjustment and reformation of the police service systems in the western countries. On the basis of the reference to the susccessful experiences of the police public relations in overseas countries,Chinese Hongkong and Chinese Taiwan areas, innovation and development system of China^ police public relations is established from the aspects of special police public relation orgnizations, police internal public relation construction, police-masses relationships and police-media relationships.
