摘要 培养本科生"五种能力"是提高高等教育办学质量的重要落脚点。基于"十二五"期间对法学类本科生开展教学改革经验而建构的教改模式:以培养本科生的"五种能力"为目标,秉承"做中学"的教育理念,以培养能力为导向修订培养方案,加强"双师型"教师培养,形成贯通课堂内外的实践教学体系,推行体验式教学。这既要在制度、机会和经费方面提供保障,又要达到锻炼学生"五种能力"的实效。 Cultivation of undergraduates' Mfive abilities" is the foothold for improvement of school-running quality of higher education institutions. A teaching reform model is constructed based on the experiences of the teaching reform on undergraduates majoring in law. The teaching reform model aims at development of undergraduates' "five abilities", adheres to the "learning through practice" education concept; revises ability-oriented training program, strengthens the "double-qualified teachers" training and develops practical teaching system that is performed both in and out of the class. The system guarantees system, opportunity and funding as well as achieves the purpose of effectively training students' "five abilities".
