戒毒工作是遏制毒情、减少毒害的关键环节。传统的戒毒措施存在医疗资源介入不足、监管不到位、帮扶措施少、宣传力度小、法治保障不足的现实问题和障碍,在戒毒效果上有待加强。"互联网+"理念和技术的引入,为戒毒工作提供了新的思考点和突破口,通过"互联网+"戒毒医疗、戒毒监管、戒毒帮扶、戒毒宣传和戒毒法治,可以有效地增强戒毒工作效能,提高戒毒工作水平,形成较为科学与有效的"互联网+戒毒"工作模式。
