摘要
以治安行政案件办理课程为例,翻转课堂教学要突出以真实工作任务分析为基础、以岗位核心能力培养为本位、以教学练战融汇贯通为目标、以在线学习翻转课堂为引擎等特点,重构课程教学内容体系,创建数字化教学资源与学习平台,实施"三段五环翻转式"项目化教学模式。以突破传统的教学方式、学科体系结构、学科教法定式和教学时间限制,创新教学模式,提升教学效果。
In light of a case study of Public Security Administrative Cases Transaction Course, flipped classroom teaching is a real job task analysis-based, post core competence cultivation-oriented, teaching-learning-training- combating integration-targeted, online learning of flipped classroom-powered classroom teaching, which calls for efforts to reconstruct course teaching content system, establish digitalized teaching resources and learning platform, realize three-section and five-ring flipped project-based teaching model. Efforts need to be m a d e to innovate teaching model and improve teaching effects by breaking through the limitation of traditional teaching pattern, structure of disciplinary system, teaching paradigm and teaching time limitation.
