摘要
为了提升高校心理健康教育工作实效,为其改革创新提供新的工作思路,对现有理论、研究进行梳理,并探讨了大学生心理健康水平与生命意义感的关系。采用质性研究法,对大学生进行深度访谈,运用质性分析软件处理访谈数据,总结归纳了大学生在生命意义缺失情境中出现的三种心理问题,反映出高校心理健康教育工作中缺乏生命意义教育的现状,针对性地提出了把生命教育融入心理健康教育工作的路径。
The paper aims to improve the effectiveness of mental health education in Colleges and Universities and provide new ideas for its reform and innovation. Based on the existing theory and research, the author discussed the relationship between the mental health level of college students and their sense of life meaning. The data from in-depth interviews with college students show three psychological problems of the college students, who were in the absence of life significance. It reflects the status quo of the lack of life meaning education in mental health education in Colleges and Universities. The paths of integrating life education into mental health education were put forward.
