摘要
实施农业水价综合改革,对提高用水效率、优化资源配置、促进农业节水和农业可持续发展具有重要意义。本文总结了济南市农村水利现状,分析了开展农业水价综合改革的难点,提出相应对策建议,为农业水价改革全面实施提供参考。
Comprehensive reform of agricultural water price is implemented. It has great efficiency,optimizing resource allocation and promoting agricultural water saving and sustainable development ofagriculture. In the paper, the current situation of rural water conservancy in Jinan is summarized, difficulties ofcomprehensive reform of agricultural water price is analyzed, corresponding countermeasure suggestions are proposed, thereby providing reference for the comprehensive implementation of agricultural water price reform.
