摘要
QC小组成员针对梅山水道一期工程"真空预压抽真空施工效率低"的问题设立目标值。灵活运用QC工具找出问题症结,用因果关联图分析原因,合理选用PDPC预案及正交试验法,最终提高了真空预压抽真空施工效率,完成了目标值。
The members of QC group establishes a target value aiming at the problem in Meishan Waterway Stage I Project‘low vacuum pre-pressure vacuuming construction efficiency'. QC tools are flexibly utilized to discover the causes of the problem. Causal relation diagram is utilized to analyze the causes. PDPC plans and the orthogonal experiment method are rationally selected to finally improve vacuum pre-pressure vacuuming construction efficiency and complete the target value.
