实战化要求下海军院校入学入伍训练改革研究

Research on the Reform of the Navy Colleges and Universities Matriculation Enlists Training under the Actual Combat Request

海军院校作为海军未来军官的摇篮,每年开展的入学入伍训练担负着学员"从普通百姓到合格军人、从高中学生到军校学员"两个重要转变关键职能,训练成效对学员后续的四年军校生活、甚至未来的整个军旅生涯具有奠基性的作用。在分析开展入伍训练改革重要意义基础上,结合国内外研究现状,查找了当前存在的主要问题,并提出了改革要遵循的基本原则,最后给出了具体改革建议。

Naval colleges serve as cradles of future military officers. It implements annually new recruits to transform cadets from or-dinary civilians to qualified soldiers and from high school students to military acadony cadets. The training will lay a solid foundation for cadets＇ next four years in academy and their entire military careers. This paper analyzes the significance of reform on new recruits, states the present major problems faced by military academies, lists basic principles of reform and proposes specific recommendations for the form on the base of study of foreign and domestic situations.
