摘要
体能训练的根本目的是确保军人保持最佳的身体状态和战斗技能;针对当前基层连队存在体能训练效率不高的问题,提出了相应的训练对策,以期提高体能训练效益。
The basic purpose of physical fitness training is to ensure that the soldiers maintain the best physical and combat skills. This paper aims at the problem of low efficiency of physical training in basic units, and puts forward some corresponding training mea-sures in order to improve the efficiency of physical training.
