概述腰腹力量的肌群构成,着重强调腰腹力量在军事训练上的重要性,通过剖析现阶段部队腰腹力量训练的误区和盲区,科学系统地阐述如何正确进行腰腹力量训练,以及训练完毕后的拉伸和营养补充,让更多士兵转变观念,更新训练理念,尽可能避免训练伤出现。
the paper emphasized the importance of waist strength in military training,through the analysis of misunderstanding and blind in the present waist strength training with scientific and systematic exposition of how to correctly carry out waist strength training,and the tensile and nutritional supplement after training,trying to let more soldiers change the ideas,update the training concept,as far as possible to avoid training injury.
