摘要
在短短十年时间里,中国邮轮旅游市场规模急速扩张,三大邮轮圈已初步形成。文章在回顾中国邮轮旅游市场发展历程的基础上,指出:包船成为主流模式,但其亏损较大;外资公司掌控中国市场,本土邮轮公司艰难起步;航线单一,产品差异化程度小游客选择受限;受不可抗力因素影响较大,霸船现象频频出现。并提出应积极探索多渠道营销模式,开发多样性产品,探索本土邮轮发展策略,大力扶持本土邮轮发展,尽快出台相应法律完善市场,从根本上彻底理顺邮轮公司、旅行社和游客的关系,新增邮轮运营管理本科专业,完善中高端人才培养教学体系等建议,认为未来中国邮轮旅游市场仍将保持强劲的发展动力,中国邮轮文化也将逐渐形成。
In a short span of ten years,Chinese cruise tourism market is expanding rapidly,and the three major voyage has been initially formed.On the basis of reviewing the development process of Chinese cruise tourism market,this passage points out that:charter have become the mainstream model,but its loss is huger;foreign companies controlthe Chinese market,local cruise company gradually started,but difficult to develop;route is single,mainly take in the +short-term mainly as the principal thing in Northeast Asia routes,the products give priority to go sightseeing or shopping,the degree of difference is small and tourist's poor choice is limited;affected by force majeure factors,the phe-nomenon of frequent ship boom.The author puts forward that sales models,routes and products should be more abun-dant,and proposed to support the development of local cruise companies,the introduction of the corresponding laws toimprove the market,fundamentally straighten out the relationship among the cruise company,travel agencies and tour-ists,while new operations management undergraduate courses should be added,and improve the teaching of high-endpersonnel training system to ensure that China's cruise tourism market develop stably in the long term,etc.Finally,Ibelieve that the future of China's cruise tourism market will continue to maintain a strong driving force for develop-ment,the culture of Chinese cruise will gradually take shape.
