摘要
以高职学生为研究对象,对其外显和内隐群体认同进行研究。结果发现,高职生外显群体认同良好;在内隐群体认同层面,高职生虽然将自我分类为高职群体,但倾向于对高职群体持消极态度。针对高职生的群体认同现状,提出针对性的教育对策:高职教育要加强学生对职业教育的情感认同,要树立文化自信,加强新生的入学教育及毕业生的感恩教育,对群体认同障碍的学生开展心理辅导,以提升高职生的群体认同。
With the college students as the research object, this paper carries out studies of the explicit and implicit group identities. The result shows that the explicit group identity of vocational college students is good. However, their implicit attitude towards the vocational group is negative although they categorize them-selves into the vocational group. Aiming at the present situation, the paper puts forward educational counter-measures to improve the group identity of the higher vocational college students, including strengthening the students’ emotional identification to vocational education, building cultural self-confidence, enhancing the entrance education for freshmen and gratitude education for graduates, and offering psychological counseling for students with group identity barriers.
