高职院校大学生党员工匠精神的培育研究

Research on Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit among Student Party Members in Higher Vocational Institutions

当前我国高职院校大学生党建工作逐渐向内涵培养和质量提升阶段转变,如何培育大学生党员的工匠精神已成为新形势下高职院校人才培养工作的重大时代课题。针对当前认知层面、沟通层面及推进层面存在的问题,提出高职院校大学生党员工匠精神培育的主要路径:强化学习培训力度,加深对工匠精神培育重要性的认知;区分不同发展阶段,全员全过程推进工匠精神培育工作;主动加强部门协作,合力提升工匠精神培育工作水平。

At present, the party construction focus of students in higher vocational institutions is gradually transformed to internal quality cultivation and quality promotion. How to cultivate the craftsman spirit of stu-dent party members has been the major issue of talent development. For the existing problems in cognition, communication and promotion, this paper offers major paths for the craftsman spirit cultivation of vocational college student party members, and suggests strengthening the intensity of learning and training to profoundly understand the importance of craftsman spirit cultivation, promoting the overall cultivation of craftsman spirit according to different developing phases, proactively strengthening departmental collaboration, and working to-gether to improve the craftsman cultivation.
