中医学专业优录政策合理性探究——基于对中医学生家庭背景的调查

Study on Rationality of Preferential Enrollment Policy in Chinese Medicine Major:Based on the Investigation of Students with TCM Family Background

优录政策是高校自主权下放的背景下,学校根据自己的办学特点,自主选拔优秀人才的重要方式。对某中医药大学271名学生进行问卷调查,发现来自中医家庭的学生在职业使命感、临床实证、中医思维、职业规划上更具优势。主张中医药院校在中医学专业的优录上可以优先考虑来自中医家庭背景的学生,以提高中医药人才的培养质量。

Preferential enrollment policy is an important way for universities to independently select talents according its own characteristics under the background of decentralization of university autonomy.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 271 students at a traditional Chinese medicine university.It is found that students from Chinese medicine families have more advantages in professional responsibility,clinical practice,TCM thinking and career planning.In order to improve the training quality of Chinese medicine talents,it is suggested that the students from TCM family background can be given priority in preferential enrollment in TCM major.
