摘要
场馆作为一种特殊的教育场域,在本质上决定教师身份不再仅局限于某一类人或群体,而是多样、全域的。场馆中的工作人员以及进入场馆的任何一名参观者都有获得教师身份的可能。随着教师身份的获得,其必然承担相应的职责:馆内教师围绕展品,提供专业教学服务;基于空间,构建学习逻辑脉络;利用场馆属性,扩大场馆教育功能。馆外教师基于展品共享信息帮助学生获得学习体验;基于空间合作,引导发生学习行为;利用场馆价值,在平等对话基础上促进学生生长。
Museum as a special education field,teachers' identity is no longer limited to a certain kind of person or group,but diversity and from a wide range. The staff of museum and any visitor who has accessed to museum also has the possibility to become a teacher. When a person get the teacher's identity,he or she must bear corresponding responsibilities. The staff of museum providing professional education service around exhibits; based on the space,building learning logical vein; using of the properties of museum to expanding its education function. A visitor who get the teacher's identity should sharing the information about exhibits in order to help students to obtain learning experience; cooperation guiding to initiation learning behavior; using of the museum 's value promoting the growth of students on the basis of equality dialogue.
