摘要
结构性的就业难题被广泛关注,解决路径应以就业创业为导向,增加高等教育中实践实训的比重,提升大学生的就业能力。大学生创业创新训练项目是具有旗帜性的尝试与探索,经过数据的实证分析,大创项目对提升就业能力的5个维度具有明确的作用和效果,项目实训应该向就业能力倾斜,加强企业的参与合作,持续扩大影响力与覆盖率,完善以大创为基础的实践教育体系。
The structural employment problem has been widely concerned,the solution path should be oriented to employment and entrepreneurship,increase the proportion of practical training in higher education,and enhance the employability of College students. College students entrepreneurship and innovation training project is with a banner for the attempt and exploration,through empirical data analysis,big a project on the capability of the employment promotion has a clear role and effect,project training should be to employability tilt,strengthen enterprise participation and cooperation,continue to expand the impact of the project and coverage,to improve the innovation and practical education system as the basis
