摘要 "银行储蓄式教育"中,学生的主体性、能动性和创新性被压制,教师的教学成就感和幸福感缺失。对话教学的内涵和价值为打破传统教学弊端,构建富有生机的课堂提供了新的思路。对话教学对教育目的观、教学观、学习观和师生观的启示对重构课堂有着重要意义。课堂重构重在实现人的全面发展、强化交往中的教学、唤醒学生的学习潜能以及建立"之间"的平等师生关系。 In the bank saving education,the subjectivity,initiative and creativity of the students are suppressed,and the teacher lacking of the sense of teaching achievement and happiness. The connotation and value of dialogue teaching provides a newway to break the traditional teaching drawbacks and build a lively classroom. It is of great significance for the reconstruction of the classroom teaching that the enlightenment of the dialogue teaching to the educational purpose,teaching,learning and teachers' views. The reconstruction of the classroom is to realize the all-round development of the people,to strengthen the teaching in the communication,to arouse the students' learning potential and to establish the equal teacher-student relationship.
