In the bank saving education,the subjectivity,initiative and creativity of the students are suppressed,and the teacher lacking of the sense of teaching achievement and happiness. The connotation and value of dialogue teaching provides a newway to break the traditional teaching drawbacks and build a lively classroom. It is of great significance for the reconstruction of the classroom teaching that the enlightenment of the dialogue teaching to the educational purpose,teaching,learning and teachers' views. The reconstruction of the classroom is to realize the all-round development of the people,to strengthen the teaching in the communication,to arouse the students' learning potential and to establish the equal teacher-student relationship.
