农业是国民经济的基础。曹操是汉魏时期著名的政治家、军事家和文学家,对农业也非常重视。透视现存的文化典籍,不难发现其中蕴涵着曹操丰富的农业思想。此主要表现于曹操在执政期间,不仅实行了以农为本、推施屯田及改革赋税等农业政策,也采取了兴修水利、关切民生、注重用人和提倡节俭等兴农举措。曹操的农业思想对我国古代的农业发展影响深远,对当代中国农业的发展亦具有一定启示。

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy.Cao Cao,a famous politician,military strategist and writer in the Han and Wei dynasties,attached great importance to the agriculture.Through the existing cultural classics,it is not difficult to find Cao Cao’s rich agricultural thought.During his reign time,he not only practiced the agriculture-oriented agricultural policies of land reclamation,tax reform,but also took the measures to revitalize the agriculture including building water conservancy projects,concerned for people’s livelihood,paying attention to the selection and emplyment of talents,advocating frugality,and so on.Cao Cao’s agricultural thought has profound influence on the development of the agriculture in ancient China,and also has some enlightenments to the development of contemporary agriculture in China.
