摘要
针对国内输气管道大型压缩机厂房设计中存在厂房内天然气泄漏量和通风充分要求送风量无法确定,传统通风方案系统复杂、施工难度大、投资及运行费用高且占用厂房空间大,影响其它设备使用等问题。首次提出将CFD技术应用于压缩机厂房通风设计中,对压缩机厂房进行风场数值模拟分析,进而模拟泄漏燃气的排放分布,提出新的通风方案,并设计出新型通风装置,优化了通风方案,降低了投资及能耗,取得良好的社会和经济效益,是一次较好的工程实践。
Aiming at the issues in large compressor plant design of domestic gas pipelines such as unconfirmed gas leakage and unidentified requirements for sufficient ventilation,complicated traditional ventilation scheme,difficult construction,high investment and large space coverage,etc. This paper,using CFD numerical simulation analysis,first puts forward a new method by simulating wind field and velocity field of compressor plant and designing a new type of air supply device to optimize the ventilation plan,reduce investment and energy consumption,which achieves good social and economic benefits.
