摘要
对成品油销售企业而言,由于商品特殊、业务多元、网点分散,能否对风险进行有效防控,事关企业兴衰成败、生死存亡。依靠传统手工管控的方式,已不能满足管理需求,迫切需要借助信息化手段,第一时间发现经营活动中各种风险点,及时化解风险,实现对业务的实时掌控、闭环管理。整合企业资源计划(ERP)、油品配送、加油站管理、财务管理信息系统(FMIS)等信息系统功能,挖掘经营活动、内部控制、管理流程等环节的海量信息,通过风险评估与分析、预警指标设置,构建风险预警平台,可实现预警提示和预警反馈,使监督控制更加有效,并促进公司管理效率、效益得到整体提高。同时,通过系统标准化的数据采集,实现了审计服务的降本增效。
For refined oil sales enterprises,due to special products,diversified business and disperse network,whether the risk can be effectively controlled and prevented is of great significance for an enterprise.Traditional manual control cannot meet the requirements of management and it is quite necessary to identify risk points in a variety of business activities through informationized measures,to solve risk and achieve real-time control over business,closed-loop management. The paper integrates enterprise resource plan,oil distribution,gas station management,financial management information system and other information system functions,and excavates the massive information in business activities,internal control and management process. The risk warning platform is built through risk assessment and analysis and the establishment of early warning index. Early warning and feedback can be achieved,which makes supervision and control more effective,and will promote the company management and efficiency as a whole. Meanwhile,cost-saving and profit-increasing has been realized for audit service through standardized system data collection.
