面向要素的省级基础测绘生产方法探讨

Discussion on the production method of provincial basic surveying and mapping oriented factor

现行省级基础测绘生产方法可以理解为是面向图幅的,是按照分幅方式组织具体的作业任务,作业员也是以图幅为单位进行作业,这种方式存在容易丢漏、图幅接边问题较多等问题。本文提出一种新的省级基础测绘生产方法,即面向要素法。作业员在一定作业范围以要素层组织作业任务,每个作业员承担不同的要素层,最终可以通过汇总各要素层,处理要素关系,必要时再加图廓线裁切生成分幅数据。随着数码相机在航空摄影中的普遍使用,影像图不再是框幅式而是航带式的,这为面向要素组织省级基础测绘生产提供了基础和可能性。
