摘要
现行省级基础测绘生产方法可以理解为是面向图幅的,是按照分幅方式组织具体的作业任务,作业员也是以图幅为单位进行作业,这种方式存在容易丢漏、图幅接边问题较多等问题。本文提出一种新的省级基础测绘生产方法,即面向要素法。作业员在一定作业范围以要素层组织作业任务,每个作业员承担不同的要素层,最终可以通过汇总各要素层,处理要素关系,必要时再加图廓线裁切生成分幅数据。随着数码相机在航空摄影中的普遍使用,影像图不再是框幅式而是航带式的,这为面向要素组织省级基础测绘生产提供了基础和可能性。
The current provincial basic surveying and m a p p i n g production me t h o d could be understand as oriented graph, it organized the specific taslcs in a m a n n e r of g r a p h, the operator also produced as a graph in unit, there was easy to leak, the map edge problems and so on in the w a y . In the p a p e r, a n e w provincial basic surveying and m a p -ping production metiiod was proposed which was oriented feature. T h e operator organized the tin some range, each operator was in charge of the difference feature coverage, finally the graph data could be got by gathering all feature coverage, handled the feature relationships, clipped by m a p boundary on necessary.
